Zeeco offers proven technology for reforming applications requiring a flat or round flame profile, low-NOx emissions, and low maintenance costs. Ideal for retrofit applications, our designs achieve superior heat flux profiles with better turndown and no flame rollover.
Depending on the industry, numerous burners may be required for a specific process. Likewise, depending on the furnace (vertical or cylindrical), different burner mountings, such as sidefired, upfired, or downfired, may be required to properly operate the furnace. Many of our burner designs can be configured for various mounting options.

Hydrogen burners
To meet industry demands, Zeeco has developed hydrogen burners that operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. Zeeco's hydrogen process burners are capable of firing both 100% natural gas to 100% hydrogen, making them an ideal solution as industries look to decarbonize their processes. Easily retrofitable, Zeeco's hydrogen burners require little to no furnace alterations to install our innovative burner technology.

FREE JET® Gen 3™ Burner
The FREE JET Gen 3 burner, developed jointly with ExxonMobil, is paving the path to net zero for the industries we serve. Using proven internal flue gas recirculation technology with a redesigned fuel and air staging process and fewer staged fuel tips to fire 100% natural gas and 100% hydrogen. These features, combined with the square burner tile, create non-uniform areas of rich and lean fuel mixtures, allowing for precise control of primary tips to reduce thermal NOx.
