Industrial-scale Combustion Research Pilot Plants
Zeeco's Advanced Research Complex (ARC) was founded in 2024 to help customers develop, test, and advance new technologies, processes, and solutions on an industrial scale. Previously, our customers developed and tested these technologies in small-scale pilot plants, investing large amounts of valuable time and resources. Additionally, these small-scale developments made it difficult to truly know how the commercialized equipment would work in real-world applications. Seeing this challenge, Zeeco leveraged its manufacturing, testing, and research and development capabilities at its Global Technology Center in Broken Arrow, OK, to establish the ARC. Through the ARC, Zeeco is able to provide industrial-scale pilot plants that eliminate many of the issues and challenges customers have faced in developing their own pilot plant programs.
Zeeco takes the security of your private data and proprietary technology seriously. The ARC facility utilizes a 10-foot privacy fence with badged gate access to keep unauthorized personnel out of your pilot plant. Video surveillance can also be installed for 24/7 monitoring, and all data can be locally secured within the facility or hosted on a virtual server with restricted access.
Zeeco provides engineering, procurement, construction, and operation (EPCO) capabilities for ARC clients to manage the project schedule and ensure project requirements are met.
